Contact Centre Magazine – The latest news in the contact centre and CX industry

Auscontact is the Australia and New Zealand peak industry body for the contact centre and CX industry. With thousands of professionals in the contact centre industry attending events and supporting Auscontact initiatives, the need to have one platform for up-to-date information on the industry, conferences, learning and development programs and general news was essential.

Contact Centre Magazine aims to provide the industry with a reliable source of news and information, capturing the true spirit of the industry and stakeholders that make the sector what it is today.

To cap off the start of 2023, the “Top 100 Influencers in the Contact Centre Industry” is an apt feature to kick off the Contact Centre Magazine.

An annual list, the Top 100 aims to explore and highlight the people who have made a difference to the contact centre industry in one way or another.

Companies looking for a platform to share their news, can do so through Contact Centre Magazine. As Auscontact is a not-for-profit, a small contribution towards the uploading of news is requested. This will help ensure that we can invest in quality storylines and keep the news platform up-to-date.
